About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based setting, supporting students from birth to age 21. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services while collaborating with educators and families to support student success. The position is located in Rock Hall, MD, and is a 42-week assignment. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 37.5-40 billable hours per week. The caseload typically involves around 30 students. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.

Requirements

• Active Maryland SLP License (in hand)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes

Nice To Haves

• CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates considered)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with early intervention and school-age populations
• Ability to manage multi-site coordination
• Strong adaptability in educational environments

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Provide therapy aligned with student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and care teams
• Conduct evaluations and screenings
• Ensure compliance with special education regulations
