About The Position

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification
- Prior experience with school-based therapy practices
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school-based setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs.
- Deliver high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy services to students, adapting techniques to support various age groups and developmental levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families.
