Speech Language Pathologist | FMLA | K-5
About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage for an FMLA leave at a supportive elementary school in the Odessa area. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and wants to step into an established caseload and schedule. The SLP will support PreK and Kindergarten students, including students participating in autism programming and students receiving services through an inclusion model. A schedule will already be established, allowing you to step into the role with a clear structure and minimal transition time.
Requirements
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to students

- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Experience supporting students with autism or in inclusion settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for an FMLA leave.
- Support PreK and Kindergarten students.
- Provide services to students participating in autism programming.
- Provide services to students receiving services through an inclusion model.
- Provide services to approximately 45 students.
- Utilize strong AAC resources and support.
- Collaborate with district contacts for clinical support.
Benefits

- Weekly pay of $60,000-75,000 annualized based on experience
