About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health in Volusia County. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to join a reputable, multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license
- New Graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage a diverse caseload with thoughtful scheduling and defined territories.
- Minimize drive time between patient visits.
- Participate in clinical leadership and mentorship opportunities.
- Engage in individualized support for professional growth and interests.
