SLP- Pediatric Visits
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP's) to cover existing caseloads near Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend, DE, starting in December and January. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build a secondary caseload for a per diem, part-time, or full-time transition. Join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in New Castle and/or Kent Counties, DE. As a nonprofit organization, BAYADA focuses on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families, providing therapists with support, flexibility, and the chance to make a difference.
Requirements
- Active SLP license in good standing
- Active Delaware license
- NER-DE
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more)
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
