About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP's) to cover existing caseloads near Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend, DE, starting in December and January. The role involves building a secondary caseload for a per diem, part-time, or full-time transition within their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in New Castle and/or Kent Counties, DE. BAYADA, a nonprofit organization, emphasizes providing exceptional care to children and empowering families, offering therapists support, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a difference.

Requirements

• Active SLP license in good standing
• Active Delaware license
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Nice To Haves

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more)
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
