About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role focuses on helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care and functional outcomes. The clinician will follow patient progress and work collaboratively in a supportive clinical environment that values quality outcomes, continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and professional growth. TMC provides rehabilitation services to skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. Its mission is to support clinicians so they can deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
