About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to adults and older adults. The role focuses on helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care. The clinician will follow patient progress, deliver evidence-based interventions, and work collaboratively in a clinical environment that supports quality outcomes, continuity of care, and clinical autonomy.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans to meet individual rehabilitation needs.
