About The Position

Theracare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their dedicated therapy team. This PRN position will involve evaluating and treating patients in various settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, and Home Health Care. The role requires working as part of a team to provide support and information within the field of Speech/Language Pathology, utilizing therapeutic procedures to improve speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations (Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, Home Health Care)
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
