About The Position

Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Saturday-only Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The SLP will foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, and feeding and swallowing needs through individualized therapy, implementing approaches like Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM). Collaboration with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers, along with documenting progress and communicating with families, are key aspects of the role. The position is for a 5-month period from May to September, with a schedule of Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must work the full shift 9:00 am - 2:30 pm (unless first or last session canceled, can also clock out if client canceled).
  • Must commit to a 3, 4 or 5-month period.
  • If they have more than 3 of 12 absences, they may not be considered for future opportunities.
