About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026/2027 School Year. This full-time, in-person position involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students at school sites located within Moreno Valley, CA. The role requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, current California licensure, and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable about current treatment practices, experienced with various childhood disorders, and possesses strong collaborative and flexible skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $65-78, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited speech language pathology program.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California.
  • If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Ability to supervise SLPAs and/or CFs
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
  • Experience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
  • Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
  • Physical abilities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 pounds.
  • Stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing conversations, and near, far visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, field of vision.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Evaluations & Treatments
  • Attend or complete IEP meetings
  • Communicate/Consult with team members regarding student progress
  • Record evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logs
  • Report writing
  • IEP writing
