About The Position
Help students find their voice and reach their potential! Join Cross Country Education as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ellicott City, MD, and help K–12 students build the communication skills they need to thrive academically and beyond. Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students with diverse communication needs. Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment goals and intervention strategies. Collaborate with educators, families, and school support teams to promote students’ communication skills and academic success. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and support IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License

- School-based or pediatric experience serving K–12 students preferred
