About The Position

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide speech and language therapy in a public school special education setting in Leonardtown, Maryland. The position serves elementary and middle school students and is scheduled for 35 onsite hours per week, five days per week, from ASAP through the end of the 2026–27 school year. School-based SLP experience is preferred, and new graduates and CF candidates are welcome. CF supervision is available and compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in progress.
Educator or teacher certification if required by the state.

Nice To Haves

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); not required for CF candidates.
School-based or pediatric experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.
Write measurable goals and objectives and track student progress.
Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.
