About The Position
Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Vineland is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its therapy team. This position is open to both experienced clinicians OR Clinical Fellows looking to build strong foundational skills in a supportive setting. Work in an environment that encourages autonomy, teamwork, and consistent patient progress. This is a Direct Hire Position.
Requirements
- Current SLP license or eligibility for CFY
- Interest in working with an adult/geriatric population
Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Identify and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Design individualized therapy programs based on resident needs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with the care team
