About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role centers on supporting residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance daily living and safety.
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required

- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
- CFY opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment programs
- Deliver therapy addressing communication, cognitive skills, and dysphagia
- Track resident progress and modify interventions as needed
- Provide education to residents and caregivers
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
