About The Position

The Center for Disability Services is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join its Langan School program in Albany, New York. Langan School provides educational services to students from 58 districts in the Capital District region and beyond, including students with multiple disabilities, autism, and traumatic brain injuries. The school aims to provide each student with an education tailored to their needs and a full childhood and school experience, supporting graduates in achieving independence, community inclusion, and self-determination. This role is suitable for a new graduate pursuing a Clinical Fellowship Year. The Center offers supervision to Clinical Fellows. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered to Speech Language Pathologists joining the team. The compensation range is $74,531.93–$81,700.50.

Requirements

A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
New York State licensure and registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
New York State Teaching Certificate as a TSHH or TSLD.
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence.
At least 1 year of job-related experience.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
