About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health in South & West Volusia County. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to join a cohesive, reputable team dedicated to patient care. As a partner of Accent Care Home Health, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on coordinated, patient-centered care. TPS invests in its people through a Clinical Excellence Academy offering mentorship, advanced training, and educational series. The role involves working with a diverse caseload, supported by thoughtful scheduling, defined territories, and limited drive times. TPS is committed to supporting clinicians' professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
- Active or pending state SLP license
- New Graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional therapy services in a home health setting.
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in mentorship and advanced training opportunities.
