The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for supporting students’ communication development in order to enhance their academic, social, and functional success. This role requires the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and school staff while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. The SLP provides both individual and group therapy services and demonstrates expertise in assessment, data interpretation, and documentation. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential to effectively meet the diverse needs of students.
