About The Position
South Shore Therapies (SST) is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join their team and support children in reaching their full potential. SST is an outpatient practice providing high-quality services in state-of-the-art facilities, as well as directly in clients' homes, schools, and communities. As an SST employee, you'll be part of a supportive team that values connection, professional growth, and family-centered practice. Together, they work hard to create an inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming atmosphere for clients and their families.
Requirements
- Licensed, board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience required
- Ability to commute to Norwood, MA 02062 (Required)
- Work Location: In person - Norwood

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct interventions tailored to each child’s strengths
- Collaborate with families to develop meaningful treatment plans and provide education on strategies they can incorporate into their daily routines
- Maintain clinical documentation, including daily treatment notes, quarterly progress reports, and annual re-evaluations
