About The Position

Our practice, Speech and Language Therapy Services, Inc. (SaLTS), is seeking an SLP to join our dynamic team providing high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy to clients of all ages. At SaLTS, we believe communication is the foundation of connection. We provide evidence-based, family-centered therapy in a warm, collaborative environment. Our clients include children with speech sound disorders, language delays, autism, stuttering, and social communication needs—as well as adults seeking support for voice, fluency, or cognitive-communication challenges. SaLTS is a dynamic private practice in Dartmouth, MA owned by Julie, a speech-language pathologist with 30 years of experience. We are a happy group of eleven, with seven therapists and three administrative staff. SaLTS is well established in the Greater New Bedford area, going on 18 years with new management style adopted within the last few years. We are employee focused to ensure a great working atmosphere, with therapy materials and all necessary equipment provided, competitive pay, excellent benefits package including health insurance reimbursement account, 401k with 3% match, vacation time, sick time, holiday pay, and oh yes, a four day workweek MON-THU (5 days optional for a little extra $$). Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license and/or provisional license (CF) and ASHA CCC-SLP (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for client-centered care and lifelong learning

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
