About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students across elementary and middle school settings in Ellicott City, MD for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves delivering specialized therapy sessions tailored to student needs, ensuring continuity of care during critical maternity leave windows. The SLP will partner with school staff and families to maintain IEP goals and documentation, ensuring a seamless transition for students and the district team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an elementary or middle school setting is preferred.
- Strong ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments.
