As a pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from elementary to high-school. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state (North Carolina).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Work with children from elementary to high-school.
  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care.
  • Interact with parents and caregivers to help them carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Provide world-class care in speech therapy.
  • Work with other SLPs, PTs and OTs in the school setting.
  • Provide patients with access to world-class care and outcomes.
  • Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan due to reasonable caseloads.
  • Become certified clinical instructors and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
