About The Position

PYG Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) throughout Arizona. This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for clinicians who enjoy supporting fellow therapists while ensuring high-quality care for pediatric patients. We are specifically seeking SLPs with experience in pediatric feeding therapy, as many of the cases under supervision involve feeding and swallowing interventions.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Required experience in feeding therapy
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide SLPA supervision in accordance with Arizona state regulations and ASHA guidelines
• Conduct required supervisory visits and observations
• Review documentation and provide clinical guidance
• Mentor and support SLPAs in the delivery of pediatric therapy services
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal standards
