Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Middle & High School Campus

Making Waves AcademyRichmond, CA
$46 - $53Onsite

About The Position

At Making Waves Academy, we believe communication is the foundation of equity. As a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist on our campus, you aren’t just treating disorders—you are empowering first-generation students to find their voice, master academic language, and lead their own futures. You will join a high-impact multidisciplinary team dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for students in grades 5–12. Secondary student IEPs typically require fewer direct weekly therapy minutes, allowing you more time for high-quality, focused intervention and meaningful case management. You will have the flexibility to design and control your own weekly schedule—building your testing, evaluation, and therapy blocks seamlessly around our middle and high school bell schedules. We offer a highly competitive hourly rate depending on experience, along with a supportive environment that honors your expertise.
