About The Position

Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Cassville, MO. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance. Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.

Nice To Haves

CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
Prior speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome).
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately.
Stay current with best practices and advances in speech-language pathology.
