ACES is seeking a long-term substitute for a Speech and Language Pathologist to work with students with a wide range of communication disorders at our ACES Village School. Position begins August 12th and ends on November 15th. Join a dynamic related services team working within ACES's schools. ACES is committed to mentoring and professional development for staff and encourages staff in gaining new knowledge and skills to best serve students. Individuals experienced working with low incident populations are encouraged to apply. (Autism, Multiple Disability, social/behavioral/emotional challenges) Strong candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and experience in administering a variety of diagnostic assessments, writing reports and presenting at PPTs. Successful candidates will provide direct and/or consultative services, both in small group and/or within the general education setting, according to the needs of the child. The successful candidate will provide services for elementary and middle school students with IEPs.
