About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year in the Blaine, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is a long-term substitute position for the 2026-2027 school year, specifically from August to November, focusing on an Early Childhood Caseload (Ages 3-5) in the Blaine, MN area. The role is in-person, full-time, with 37.5 paid hours per week.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
