About The Position
Join DDRC as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on speech therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice. Requirements
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP required
- Active Colorado SLP license
Nice To Haves
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy in home and community settings
- Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model
- Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
- Partner with families to support child development and communication skills
- Maintain documentation for compliance and billing
