About The Position
This position assists the department supervisors by performing various activities including schedule coordination, general supervision of Specimen Technicians, and providing input for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. The Group Lead typically manages 8 to 12 employees and is involved in process and compliance audits. Priority consideration is given to internal candidates.
