About The Position

This position assists the department supervisors by performing various activities including schedule coordination, general supervision of Specimen Technicians, and providing input to supervisors for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. The Group Lead typically oversees 8 to 12 employees, is involved in process and compliance audits, and may be responsible for additional duties.
