About The Position

As a Specifications Engineer you will be responsible for initiating, coordinating and implementing TOI and specifications for manufacturing processes. You will ensure that timely and effective results of the specifications work is accomplished. In addition, you will provide daily support for all items TOI and specifications related.

Requirements

4-year degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences
Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience in process driven, continuous operations
Proven project management skills

Nice To Haves

Wire & Cable industry experience
Experience leading high performance work teams is a plus
Programming and data analytics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Root cause analysis and corrective action
Significant time spent at desk using programs to complete work
Strong project management capabilities
