About The Position

This is an influential North American marketing leadership role for someone who wants to shape strategy, lead people, and turn market insight into commercial growth. In this role, you will shape the Poultry growth strategy across Canada and the United States, influence portfolio and innovation decisions, partner with senior commercial and technical leaders, and lead a capable marketing team focused on profitable growth, customer value and sustainable food production. Leading the Poultry species marketing agenda for North America, you will translate business, customer and market insight into clear strategic choices, strong value propositions and disciplined go-to-market execution. This is a strategic, commercially connected role where marketing has a seat at the table. You will act as the primary marketing counterpart to Poultry Commercial and Technical leadership, while building alignment across regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, Poultry Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in species marketing, product marketing, portfolio management, commercial strategy or a related discipline within animal nutrition, poultry value chains, feed additives, animal health, agriculture or adjacent sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the North American Poultry market, customer needs and competitive landscape, with the ability to turn insight into actionable growth plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, partner with senior stakeholders and work effectively across Sales, Technical, Validation, Regulatory, Operations, Pricing and Finance.
  • Strong analytical, communication and commercial skills, including market sizing, segmentation, value propositions, pricing logic, business cases, launch execution and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-35% within North America.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the North American Poultry marketing strategy, including target segments, growth priorities and Where to Win / How to Win choices across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Build differentiated Poultry value propositions, positioning and sales enablement tools that help field teams clearly communicate customer value and support demand creation.
  • Steer the Poultry portfolio lifecycle across products, services and digital solutions, partnering with Technical, Validation, Regulatory, Sales, Pricing and Finance to improve mix, margin and customer value.
  • Plan and orchestrate launches, campaigns, customer events and industry engagement with clear objectives, KPIs and measurable impact on adoption, pipeline and profitable growth.
  • Represent North America in global Poultry forums, bringing voice-of-customer, competitive intelligence and market insight to influence global roadmaps, innovation priorities and campaign development.
  • Lead and develop the Poultry species marketing team, creating a collaborative, accountable and performance-focused environment that strengthens capability and execution.
