We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Representative who is available to work full time (30 hours per week), Monday through Friday, within our operating hours of 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM. As a Shipping & Receiving Representative, you will play a critical role in the preparation and movement of specialty pharmacy orders. You will partner closely with Backend Operations Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment of patient medications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 1+ year of work experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift

• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Execute Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and general warehousing tasks within CVS Specialty
• Maintain warehouse organization and support daily operational workflow
• Unload incoming shipments
• Inspect items for damage
• Verify quantities and documentation
• Accurately assemble, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform regular inventory counts
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Report inventory discrepancies
• Ensure products are stored in designated areas and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals
• Work productively with minimal supervision
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
