This role is for a Specialty Sales Representative focused on Pulmonary, managing business within specific territories in California.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of the medical industry (Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical and/or Hospital).
Valid driver's license in the state of employment and meet the Qualifying Driver Criteria of the Grifols Fleet Program (including a 5-year Motor Vehicle Records lookback).
Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences or similar preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare or medical sales, marketing and/or sales management.
Display consistent above average performance.
Display an “achieves” level for the competencies required in the position.
Demonstrated Leadership.

Nice To Haves

Respiratory and Primary care experience preferred.
Advanced degrees (MBA a plus).

Responsibilities

Manage business within Orange County, Long Beach, San Gabriel Valley, and High Desert areas.
Detail products to Pulmonologists, Primary Care Physicians, Allergists, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, and Nurses.
Sell and promote Grifols’ alpha-one augmentation therapy to exceed financial objectives within the assigned territory.
Execute the National sales and marketing strategy and create a territory business tactical plan to maximize opportunity.
Analyze account and physician sales data to create territory tactical plans and provide solutions to grow the business.
Manage a defined territory travel/expense budget.
Maintain Company and Industry Compliance Rules.
Enter call data into Grifols' customer management system.
