This role is for a Specialty Infusion/IVIG Sales Leader responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in a designated sales territory/region. The position involves collaborating with Senior Management to enhance efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to achieve personal and Company goals. A key responsibility is formulating quarterly business plans to meet and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals. The role also includes actively prospecting for referrals from current and potential customers and developing a territory routing plan for optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business.
