This remote-based Specialty Customer Support Executive – Strategic Accounts (SCSR-SA) position supports the West Coast. The role focuses on account retention and driving new sales through increased usage from existing accounts, as well as lead generation for new opportunities within the Genetics, IVF, Donor, and Women’s Health segments. Approximately 75% of the job responsibilities involve providing sales-related support, reporting, procedures, and onboarding assistance to Directors' Strategic Accounts (DSA) for select strategic accounts. The remaining 25% is dedicated to generating leads for increased sales opportunities within existing strategic accounts and selected new accounts. The SCSE-SA will collaborate with field counterparts to maintain and grow selected strategic accounts through client engagement.
