Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, is seeking a remote-based Specialty Customer Support Executive – Strategic Accounts to support the East Coast. This role is crucial for account retention and driving new sales through increased usage from existing accounts, as well as generating leads for new opportunities within the Genetics, IVF, Donor, and Women’s Health segments. The Executive will be a key member of the Genetics and Women’s Health sales team, reporting to the Specialty Customer Support Manager, Strategic Accounts. Approximately 75% of the responsibilities will involve providing sales-related support, reporting, procedures, and onboarding assistance to Directors of Strategic Accounts for select strategic accounts. The remaining 25% will focus on generating leads for increased sales opportunities within existing strategic accounts and selected new accounts. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with field counterparts to maintain and grow strategic accounts through client engagement, requiring strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple large-volume accounts. This position will support one or two geographic areas on the East Coast.
