About The Position

Listen Labs is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to target approximately 50 of the world's largest companies. This is a high-stakes, high-impact role focused on securing and expanding 6-7 figure deals within complex, global enterprises. The successful candidate will work directly with the VP of Revenue to acquire accounts that are pivotal to the company's growth. Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that enables teams to extract insights from customer interviews rapidly, facilitating faster and smarter product decisions. The company boasts a world-class team of serial entrepreneurs and talent from leading tech and finance firms, is experiencing hypergrowth as a 40-person team backed by Sequoia, and has achieved significant traction with enterprise wins at major companies like Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G. They have an industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated and viral product, leading to rapid expansion and inbound interest from Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of closing big deals
  • Proven track record of winning 6–7 figure enterprise contracts
  • Experience selling into complex, global organizations and navigating them effectively
  • Ability to multi-thread by default, not as a 'nice to have'
  • Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with senior buyers
  • Ability to create pipeline, not just work existing pipeline
  • Competitive, persistent, and comfortable with frequent rejections to achieve success
  • Desire to be involved in high-impact deals rather than just padded pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Relentlessly pursue a curated list of mega-cap enterprises
  • Build deep, surgical account plans — including org mapping, power mapping, and political mapping
  • Create and drive multi-threaded strategies across business units
  • Run complex, high-stakes sales cycles with 6–10+ stakeholders
  • Sell to VP, SVP, and C-suite with credibility
  • Drive urgency in slow-moving organizations
  • Close large, multi-year, 6–7 figure deals
  • Cold outbound to senior executives and secure responses
  • Use creativity, persistence, and network to open doors
  • Turn light inbound into massive opportunities
  • Pull in executives, product, and engineering at the right moments to win deals
  • Control the deal to prevent procurement or consensus from hindering progress
  • Maintain a high bar on pipeline, forecasting, and deal quality
