About The Position

We're looking for friendly, genuine folks who are interested in becoming part of the Caffe Luxxe family in West LA! We roast our small-batch coffee and have been voted best-tasting coffee year after year. Featuring 8 cafes since 2006 and our roastery, we introduced the 3rd wave of luxury artisanal coffee in Los Angeles. We are well known for our challenging, world-class training program and paid working barista apprenticeship, which upon graduation, places our team members amongst the finest professional barista in the industry. In addition to a passion for coffee, we are looking for individuals who embrace the love for culinary expression and luxury products. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company. With positive motivation and aptitude, we will be happy to train you in a management career or to work in different parts of our company as well. The position requires ~30 hours per week, and you must be flexible to work shifts most days of the week.
