About The Position

Caffe Luxxe is seeking a motivated barista to join their team in Montecito. They offer a paid professional barista training program and apprenticeship, creating skilled baristas from the ground up. The company roasts its own small-batch coffee and has been recognized for its high-quality product. The role emphasizes a passion for coffee, culinary expression, and luxury products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager for career growth within a family-oriented company, and possesses positive motivation and aptitude. Training can lead to management or other roles within the company. The position requires 28-30 hours per week with flexibility for shifts any day of the week.
