About The Position

Caffe Luxxe is seeking a motivated Barista Apprentice to join our team at our Westside locations. We are a family-owned business, established in 2006, and were the first to introduce artisanal coffee to Los Angeles. We roast our own small-batch coffee and have been recognized for our high-quality product. Our apprenticeship program is designed to train individuals with a passion for coffee into professional baristas. We offer a challenging, world-class training program and a paid working barista apprenticeship. Upon graduation, our team members are considered among the finest professional baristas in the industry. In the weeks leading up to your caffe launch, our expert trainers will provide comprehensive training on our signature coffee-making techniques and operations. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company, and embrace a love for culinary expression and luxury products. With positive motivation and aptitude, we are happy to train you into a management career or other roles within our company.

Requirements

Interest in coffee.
Friendly and genuine demeanor.
Willingness to be trained.
Ability to work 25-30 hours per week.
Flexibility to work shifts any day of the week.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to fit the schedule needs of the comprehensive training program.
