We are seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in the Merrimack Valley. At American Training, it is all about the WOW! Magic. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home
  • 1+ years of previous management experience
  • Valid State driver’s license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required)
  • Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicates competence)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program
  • Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care
  • Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues
  • Create and manage Colleague schedules
  • Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents
