About The Position

The Specialized Consultant (Sales Lead) supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and leadership on the sales floor, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out operational processes and goals in accordance with company standards and policies. The role helps motivate floor staff to exceed sales targets and engages and inspires customers by providing an exceptional customer experience. It is a part-time key-holder position.

Requirements

At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong sales experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency using computers and experience with cash registers.
Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or in the warehouse.
Bilingual ability.
Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate brand knowledge and stay up to date on products.
Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
Uphold and execute the company’s customer service initiatives.
Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, and in-store inventory monitoring.
Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of the sales floor and warehouse.
Organize the warehouse, maintaining labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
Help motivate the team to exceed sales targets through strong sales behaviors and floor leadership.
