The Specialist will focus on WDD grants administration projects, which bring funding to awardees on behalf of state and local partner agencies. The Specialist will support the execution of contracts with awardees, ensure appropriate use of funds, provide guidance to awardees, review and approve awardee invoices, perform report analysis, and capture lessons and successes that can be shared internally and externally within the California workforce development and education systems.
