Requirements

Experience with Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure.
Experience with reverse mortgage services.
Understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures.
Recording experience in a title or trustee capacity.
Notary certification.
Must be located in Maryland.

Responsibilities

Order appraisals and update the system with documents and information; work with clients and appraisers on issues.
Review and execute DNMS documents and review foreclosure files for the litigation team, appearing in court if necessary.
Review and update spreadsheets for document executions.
Handle incoming calls from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys.
Respond to email and fax inquiries from borrowers, realtors, and lienholders.
Collaborate with co-counsel on foreclosure-related issues.
Manage third-party surplus files and provide updates to attorneys.
Process mail, monitor phones, and assist visitors at the Maryland physical office.
Review, execute, and upload documents for the remote trustee team.
Maintain and update team manuals and assist team members with issues and questions.
Handle document recording.
Participate in team quality control.
Perform additional duties as required.
