About The Position

This position leads a team performing repair, calibration, and testing of equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and turnaround times. Manages daily repair lab operations, technical staff, and quality standards for testing/repairing electronics or equipment. Key responsibilities include workflow prioritization, technician training, calibration management, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in a technical lab/depot environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor testing, electronic troubleshooting, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor technicians; manage scheduling, performance, and staffing levels.
  • Direct daily operations, including receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and dispatching products.
  • Ensure all repairs and tests comply with company standards, ISO 9001, and safety protocols.
  • Serve as the technical expert for complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and data analysis.
  • Manage calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment.
  • Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
