About The Position

This position leads a team performing repair, calibration, and testing of equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and turnaround times. Manages daily repair lab operations, technical staff, and quality standards for testing/repairing electronics or equipment. Key responsibilities include workflow prioritization, technician training, calibration management, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical specifications.

Requirements

3–7+ years in a technical lab/depot environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Knowledge of semiconductor testing, electronic troubleshooting, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor technicians; manage scheduling, performance, and staffing levels.
Direct daily operations, including receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and dispatching products.
Ensure all repairs and tests comply with company standards, ISO 9001, and safety protocols.
Serve as the technical expert for complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and data analysis.
Manage calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment.
Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
