Procurement professional with strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement, as well as broad experience in project management. This role manages complex procurements, projects, and processes that may fall both within and outside the immediate job area, operating with general oversight. The position is typically responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government programs. This role explains, interprets, communicates, and fosters cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices with internal and external customers. It may also provide guidance and assistance to other employees. The position requires adhering to established procedures and policies while exercising professional judgment and applying supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts. Work is performed with general oversight. Approximately 10-25% travel is required.
