About The Position

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist executes and optimizes paid search campaigns to drive demand, leads, and revenue. This role focuses on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Marketbridge partners with leading B2B brands to create unified Go-to-Market® systems that connect strategy, AI, creativity, activation and measurement. Requirements

  • 2+ years of paid search / SEM experience
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution basics
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a B2B or agency environment

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certification
  • Exposure to landing page optimization and CRO principles

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates
  • Manage bids, budgets, and pacing to hit performance targets
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
  • Execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to improve performance
  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager
