Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Do not use AI tools during any part of the interview process.
• Cameras must be on during virtual interviews.
• Offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification.

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide a world-class shopping experience.
• Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and drive sales through product and service recommendations informed by a strong understanding of those needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training new and existing team members in the assigned store area, including best practices, selling skills, and operational processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in designated process categories to support smooth execution and productivity.
• Execute processes efficiently while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote customer participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
• Follow company policies and procedures concerning safety, loss prevention, and standard operations, as well as applicable external laws and guidelines.
